Mavericks 91 def Sturt 84 — Watch the Replay

BJ Symons and Broderick Robinson delivered an exceptional scoring display with 30 points each as the Mavericks secured a hard-fought 91-84 victory against Sturt at St Francis de Sales Community Sports Centre. Symons was outstanding with a double-double, adding 14 rebounds while shooting an efficient 60 percent from the field, including a perfect 1-from-1 from three-point range and 11-from-12 from the charity stripe.

Despite trailing by as many as 17 points, Mavericks showcased their resilience with a 14-point scoring run to turn the game around. Sturt's Jordan Forbes (26 points) and Sharif Black (27 points) formed a formidable backcourt combination, but struggled with efficiency, shooting just 39.1 percent combined. The Mavericks dominated the glass with a 50-40 rebounding advantage, including 16 offensive boards that led to 11 second-chance points, proving decisive in the seven-point victory.

West Adelaide 92 def North Adelaide 84 — Watch the Replay

Lat Mayen delivered a stellar all-round performance with 27 points, eight rebounds, six assists and four steals as West Adelaide secured a 92-84 win against North Adelaide at The Lights Community and Sports Centre. Mayen was exceptional from the field, shooting 56.2 percent including 4-from-9 from beyond the arc, while teammates Cameron Huefner (26 points) and Keanu Rasmussen (22 points, six steals) provided substantial support.

North Adelaide's Bijan Johnson scored 25 points on efficient 56.2 percent shooting, including 4-from-7 from downtown, but his six turnovers proved costly. Tobias Dowdell added 24 points on 66.7 percent shooting with three assists and two blocks. The game featured 19 lead changes, but West Adelaide's dominance on the offensive glass (14-4) and superior steals (13-6) ultimately made the difference in this tightly contested battle.

Forestville 79 def Norwood 72 — Watch the Replay

Alexander Starling recorded a dominant double-double with 23 points and 13 rebounds as Forestville secured a 79-72 victory against Norwood at The ARC Campbelltown. Starling was a force in the paint, shooting an efficient 55.6 percent from the field while adding three assists, two steals and one block in a complete performance.

Norwood's Louis Bleechmore led all scorers with 22 points on 57.1 percent shooting, including an impressive 4-from-7 from three-point range, while Aydan Janssan contributed a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds. Forestville's dominance on the offensive glass was the difference-maker, securing 21 offensive rebounds that led to 18 second-chance points compared to Norwood's five offensive boards and just two second-chance points. Despite trailing early, Forestville's rebounding advantage and tenacious defense (seven steals) helped them maintain control for nearly 33 minutes of game time.

Magok Manyang dominated with a monster double-double of 30 points and 15 rebounds as Central Districts defeated Southern Tigers 89-75 at Morphett Vale Basketball Stadium. Manyang was on fire, shooting 60 percent from the field while adding a block and a steal in his impressive performance. Koen Sapwell and Clayton Jewell each contributed 17 points, with Jewell shooting a remarkable 80 percent from the field.

Southern Tigers' offense struggled against Central Districts' interior defense, shooting just 34.5 percent on two-point attempts while being outscored 62-20 in the paint. Jarvis Doles recorded a double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds, while Jarvis Summers added 16 points and seven assists for the Tigers. Central Districts controlled the game throughout, building a lead as large as 20 points while shooting 45.9 percent from the field compared to Southern Tigers' 36.6 percent.

South Adelaide 95 def Woodville 93 — Watch the Replay

Lloyd McVeigh put on a shooting clinic with 30 points including seven three-pointers as South Adelaide edged Woodville 95-93 at St Clair Recreation Centre. McVeigh was exceptional from beyond the arc, shooting 46.7 percent on three-point attempts while adding five rebounds in a stellar offensive display. Chris Brandon contributed 15 points on outstanding 77.8 percent shooting with eight rebounds.

Woodville's balanced attack featured four players in double figures, led by Steven Parfitt and Uzoma Dibiamaka with 20 points each. Joe Jackson recorded a dominant double-double with 18 points and 16 rebounds while adding five assists. Despite Woodville's 54-36 advantage in the paint and strong 48.1 percent field goal shooting, South Adelaide's three-point barrage (16-from-35 for 45.7 percent) and disciplined play (90 percent from the free-throw line) secured the narrow victory after leading by as many as 29 points.
